The year 2021 ends with an important milestone for CEM Elevadores: the opening of the new headquarter in Madrid, but also with a sales record, which makes us the key lift distributor in Spain.
After an intense year of work, we take stock of the journey. With all the dedication, perseverance, and effort we have put into CEM España, we are very proud to announce the final results.
Opening of the new headquarters in Madrid
CEM Elevadores is consolidating its position in Spain with the aim of becoming a reference distributor for the many companies in the sector.
For this reason, following the increase in requests from our customers, we have decided to move our headquarters to Madrid, in a strategic and more central location, in order to provide our customers with a better and quality service.
The new facilities in Arganda del Rey have a space of 500 square meters, where customers can find a machine showroom and see the lifts wide range.
In addition, the location offers a high level of service as it has a team of highly qualified technicians specialized in repairing the different lifting machines, as well as a breakdown service and the possibility of travelling throughout Spain.
Sales record in 2021
CEM Elevadores’ presence in the sector has reached a remarkable position and is constantly growing.
The year 2021 recorded a 194% increase in sales compared to the previous year (2020).

Plans for 2022
With the new headquarters, the year 2022 opens with opportunities and challenges: Madrid was created with the aim of offering greater commercial and technical coverage to all customers in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America.
Therefore, we will pursue this goal through an intensive promotion of the lifts and our presence at the most important solar energy, construction and removals fairs and congresses to be held in Spain in 2022.
