With great enthusiasm, CEM announces its presence at GIS EXPO 2023, the biggest European event, dedicated to the users of cranes, mobile cranes, aerial work platforms, telehandlers, forklift trucks, overhead travelling cranes, port & industrial handling equipment and heavy transport vehicles.
The event will be held in Piacenza Expo from 5 to 7 October 2023 and CEM will be present in the OUTDOOR AREA, with two stands – L85-M105 and N146 – with all the top models of its fleet.
On one stand (OUTDOOR AREA L85-M105) it will be possible to view the entire PAUS trailer and truck lift range from 18 to 33, and the CAMAC modular units.
On the other stand (OUTDOOR AREA N146) it will be possible to view the AMAK crane and HORYONG great heigh lifts.
Great attention will be paid to the HORYONG PE 560, an absolute novelty and the first to be sold in Italy.
In both exhibition areas it will be possible to see the lifts in motion and in working mode, and to talk to the CEM team also about service and centers throughout Italy and Europe.
CEM Garage with Augmented Reality Work Equipment
In addition, CEM Group will introduce for the first time ever in the hoisting sector the first CEM Garage with working vehicles in Augmented Reality.
The 3D experience, in fact, will allow visitors to discover three of the Group’s products in Augmented Reality: thanks to the use of AR, developed together with marketers Giovanni Scarangella, visitors will enter the CEM Group’s Metaverse to discover the details of the machines more closely.
Specifically, through augmented reality, by clicking on the following link it will be possible to enter the CEM Garage and zoom in and rotate or place the lift or crane in a real-life context, for example in your own workplace.
The special AR application recognizes the three-dimensionality of the surrounding environment by tracking in real time. Virtual content appears to the visitor as ‘anchored’ to real objects, contributing to the effectiveness, and sense of magic of the whole immersive experience.
